I've been drawing since I could hold a pencil, starting with the classic stick figures and chunky cars. Growing up, I was a pretty quiet kid, so I started drawing funny caricatures of my classmates and teachers. It got people laughing, and became my favorite way to connect.
That playful sketching slowly turned into a deep fascination with faces. I wanted to capture the emotion that makes someone who they are, which naturally led me to realistic portraits.
For a long time, I only shared my work with my inner circle. This chapter is different, I'm finally stepping out to share my process, my mistakes, and my growth, hoping my art can connect with people everywhere.
